NJSGA Rules Of Golf Seminar On Tap April 6

The annual New Jersey State Golf Association Rules of Golf seminar takes place on Wednesday, April 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at NJSGA headquarters at Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth.

The Rules of Golf seminars are conducted for NJSGA member golfers, NJSGA volunteers, PGA Golf Professionals, other club staff, high school golf coaches, and anyone interested in learning more about the Rules of Golf.

The seminar focuses on the basics of the Rule, commonplace situations that arise on a frequent basis and changes to the 2016 Rules of Golf.

Conducting the Rule of Golf seminar is Dr. Albert Kuchler, Jr., one of the NJSGA’s top rules official who has served 10 years on the NJSGA Tournament Committee and is a past member of the Board of Trustees.

Dr. Kuchler is a current member of the USGA Junior Committee and has twice scored a perfect 100 on the USGA rules exam.

Cost of the event is $40 which includes breakfast and lunch.
