Course Description
Hollywood boasts a classic, nationally ranked championship golf course redesigned by Walter J. Travis in 1917 and restored by Rees Jones in 1998. We are nestled near the Jersey shore, in the town of Deal, located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Hollywood Golf Club is a member-owned, family-friendly club established for its Members and their guests.
EVENTS HOSTED:
The Club has since been host for many notable matches and tournaments including the 1925 Met Amateur, the 1921 USGA Women’s Amateur, the 1956, 1986 and 2002 NJ State Men’s Amateurs, the 1906 and 1991 Met Open, the 1999 Met Ike, the 2006 NJ State Open, the 2007 NJ State Women’s Amateur and the 2008 Met Men’s Senior Open.
