White Oaks C.C.

Course Description

White Oaks CC broke ground in 1998 by brothers Arret and Emory Dobson. After designing by Steve Filipone it opened in 1999. The golf course covers 120 acres and is located in Newfield in Gloucester County. When it opened in 1999, the brothers managed the facility with the help of Billy Casper Management consulting. After Billy Casper Management left in 2001, the brothers took over the facility and had a golf course that is affordable for all types of golfers. In 2006, the state of New Jersey had the Green Acres Program Preservation brought in to take over the land with the brothers still managing it. In early 2012, the brothers were selected by the state to managed the facility for the next 5 years with a option for 15 more years after.
