Fall Women's Golf Day Set for October 18 at Hawk Pointe GC

WASHINGTON, NEW JERSEY – The highly anticipated New Jersey State Golf Association Women’s Golf Day will take place October 18, 2021 at Hawk Pointe Golf Club.

The event will include a tee gift at registration, followed by a short game clinic courtesy of Juliet Little, teaching professional at Montammy Golf Club. Additionally, lunch, golf and a cash bar with awards will commence following completion of play.  

Little is a PGA Certified Teaching and Coaching Professional, and is also a certified LPGA Class A Teaching Professional. She’s made notable stops at Echo Lake Country Club, Preakness Hill Country Club, Essex County Country Club and White Beeches Golf & Country Club.

This is a special event limited to just women. Registry is available for both NJSGA members and non-members. NJSGA members can register individually or up to 3 members or guests to form a pairing group of 4 players. Non-members who are registered by a member will receive a FREE GHIN Handicap and NJSGA E-Club membership good through March 15, 2022.

Format for the day will feature a fun, best ball of 4 and Individual Net with Stableford (points) scoring.

Established in 2000, the Washington private golf club is unique, and sits on 250 acres of rolling hills. The Women’s Golf Day on October 18 will not only present spectacular views of northwest New Jersey, but a day full of camaraderie at Hawk Pointe.

WGD Details

Format: Best Ball of 4 and Individual Net with Stableford (points) scoring

Cost: $145 per player or $580 per group

Schedule:

10 AM: Registration

10:45 AM: Chipping clinic with Juliet Little

11 AM: Lunch

12 PM: Shotgun start

*Awards, heavy hors d'oeuvres and cash bar to follow play
