Golf Doesn’t Stop During the Winter in the Garden State

KENILWORTH, N.J. – The winter weather can be unpredictable. There are days when it’s a merely 30 degrees and there are days when it’s 50 degrees and heading to the golf course is the only thing on your mind. The NJSGA encourages golfers to take advantage of the favorable winter weather while it lasts.

Dozens of public course remain open throughout the winter (weather permitting). Numerous indoor facilities, like Topgolf, Chatham Indoor Golf Club, which is set to open in early January are also a great option to keep skills sharp. They also provide a fun way to spend time with friends in the comfort of a warm environment. 

The following is a county-by-county listing of NJSGA member courses that will remain open for play this winter, weather permitting. Golfers are advised to call the course and book a tee time in advance.
