The NJSGA Youth Foundation benefits numerous local programs highlighted each year by a special presentation of a $5,000 grant to a charity that is designated by the host club of the NJSGA Open Championship. The recipient of the special 2021 grant was the Spring Brook Country Club Foundation.

In 2004, New Jersey Golf Magazine named The Ridge the second-best private course in New Jersey.
