The Best of the Best; Top Ranked Golf Courses and Golf Coaches

KENILWORTH, N.J. – New Jersey is well-known for many things. The beautiful beaches, the diverse culture, the unique food, and of course, the golf industry. The golf courses and the instructors are some of the most highly-touted in the country. GOLF and Golf Digest recently released lists for the top ranked courses and instructors.

In the most recent GOLF feature on Top 100 Golf Courses in the World, three Garden State golf courses were ranked, highlighted by Pine Valley Golf Club, that checked in at No. 1. Somerset Hills Country Club and Baltusrol Golf Club (Lower) entered the list at No. 43 and No. 57, respectively.

Mike Adams, Director of Golf Instruction at Fiddlers Elbow Country Club earned the No. 3 spot on Golf Digest’s Top 50 Best Golf Teachers in America. Terry Rowles, of Mountain Ridge Country Club joins Adams on the country-wide list, checking in at No. 50.

Also, Golf Digest ranked 19 New Jersey teaching professionals on their state-by-state list. Three-time New Jersey Open Champion Tyler Hall checked in at the No. 17 ranked coach in the Garden State.
